Three botanicals are entirely or partially foraged around the distillery — juniper, angelica root and wild bilberry. Five others are carefully sourced in France and Italy. Each batch is macerated then slowly distilled in 100-litre copper pot stills. 135 bottles per distillation. Numbered, signed and packaged by hand.
